Dr. Magdolna Csömör is the Regional Deputy Group Regulatory Director at 4iG Plc. and the Regulatory Director of One Hungary Plc.
She has more than three decades of professional experience in the Hungarian telecommunications and digital markets, with particular expertise in electronic communications, digital regulation, and European Union law.
She is the President of the Infocommunications Interest Reconciliation Council (HÉT), the largest professional advocacy organization of the Hungarian telecommunications sector. In addition, she actively contributes to the work of leading professional associations shaping the digital ecosystem:
- Member of the Board of the Association of Electronic Payment Service Providers (EFISZ)
- Member of the Presidential Advisory Board of IVSZ – Association for Digital Enterprises
As an infocommunications lawyer, she is a widely acknowledged expert in EU and Hungarian telecommunications and digital regulation. She applies her expertise through active participation in several national professional and governmental bodies:
- Member of the Consumer Protection Council, appointed by the Ministry of Justice
- Member of the National Cybersecurity Forum
- Appointed member of the Child Protection Internet Roundtable, the advisory body to the President of the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH)
- Member of the Copyright Expert Body operating alongside the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office
She is strongly committed to advancing diversity and strengthening the role of women leaders in the technology sector. She is a co-founder of the Women in Technology (WiTH) Association.
