EFISZ is actively participating in the consultation initiated by the European Commission on the 28th Regime, which aims to establish a unified, innovation-friendly regulatory framework within the EU.
The position paper submitted by EDFA includes a proposal represented by EFISZ, which advocates for the launch of 3–5 pilot projects based on the principle of proactive regulation. These projects would test the 28th Regime framework in real market conditions, providing market validation and direct feedback to legislators, thereby ensuring that the regulation truly meets the needs of innovative companies.
EFISZ continues to engage in the consultation process and remains committed to representing the interests of the Hungarian digital payments sector in shaping the European regulatory environment.
