With the joining of Díjbeszedő Holding Zrt., the number of the Electronic Payment Service Providers Association’s members has further increased.

Currently, the Company carries out invoicing, meter reading, collection, and customer support activities on behalf of about 20 Service Providers. It has more than 750 thousand customers and issues about 16 million invoices and payment notices to them annually.

Díjbeszedő Holding Zrt. has more than 70 years of experience in issuing invoices, collection activities, meter reading, and providing customer support related to the aforementioned areas. Adapting to meet the requirements of the age, the Company is always capable of renewing itself; currently, it is undergoing a digital transformation aiming to provide up-to-date customer experience and to achieve sustainable operational functioning.

Its digital transformation and sustainability objectives are in line with the intention of EFISZ to create an electronic payment ecosystem. The Company can help EFISZ reach its strategic objectives primarily through collection activities related to invoices issued by members of the utility sector; for example, it intends to maximise the usage of the electronic payment channel by enhancing the attractiveness of the electronic payment service.
