BENYÓ Péter has been executive director of OTP Mobil Kft. since the start in 2013. OTP Mobil Kft. develops and operates SimplePay online payment system and the Simple application which comes with numerous features easing everyday administrative tasks.

From 2021 he has also been responsible for leading OTP Bank Payments Tribe.

He started his career as project manager at OTP Bank where he played a major role in introducing PayPass in Hungary. Subsequently he led the bank card transactions division. Besides he was also teaching: at Selye János University he held lectures in the fields of digital product development and database technology.

In the past 10 years he has been engaged in the development of contactless payment technologies and in increasing its safety, his objective has been to make shopping with mobile payment a positive experience. Péter believes that revolutionary ideas combined with cutting-edge technologies and trends enable a higher level of administration and shopping.
